Apartment descriptions

At Butterfly Meadow we have one Family Apartment and two Studio Apartments, all beautifully presented to meet expectations of high standard of comfort.

Family Apartment

We have one Family Apartment which has an open plan lounge/dining room (8m x 4m), separate bedroom (4m x 4m), kitchen & separate bathroom. There is an outdoor Dining Terrace (3m x 4m) leading out to the pool which benefits from fabulous panoramic sea views. The Family Apartment sleeps a maximum of four people.

The Family Apartment has a seperate bedroom with a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes. The lounge/dining room has two additional single beds (these single beds can be removed if not required). The kitchen/dining area has a 4 ring electric cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, utensels, table and four chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink basin, toilet and lighted vanity mirror.

The apartment has Internet/WiFi, satellite TV, DVD player and Video library. All rooms have individually controlled Air Conditioning, available at additional cost.

All windows and patio doors are fitted with mosquito screens. We have a Family Swimming Pool (8m x 4m), surrounded with loungers and parasols.

The Studios & Apartments will be cleaned 3 days a week, housekeeper included, and linen and towels changed once a week. A Washing machine is available.

On the ample, sunny Dining Terrace which have a beautiful sea view you will find a table, chairs and retractable washing line. There are breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and Kamina beach, why not go for a swim in the clear water only down the hill or stay put at the pool. You can enjoy your breakfast and meals in a most pleasant setting.

The swimming pool and surrounding poolside terrace has beautiful panoramic views over the countryside and out to sea, it is private to our villa so only shared with the upstairs 2 studio apartments.

Studio Apartment

We have two Studio Apartments (8m x 4m), each with a balcony (3m x 4m) which benefits from fabulous panoramic sea views. Each Studio sleep a maximum of three people.

Each studio comprises of bedroom area, open plan kitchen, dining area, and seperate bathroom. In the sleeping area you will have two full sized single beds and can have a third added, or a cot if preferred, dressing table, wardrobes and a hair dryer. The kitchen/dining area has an electric hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, utensels, table and three chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink basin, toilet and lighted vanity mirror.

Whole Villa

It is possible to book one or both Studio Apartments and the Family Apartment as the whole Villa. The Villa sleeps a maximum of ten people.

General information

Located by olive trees overlooking the sea the views are spectacular, and in the evening the sea is dotted with sails of yachts making for the lovely harbour.

As you sit on the terrace or balcony in the cool evening shade sipping a drink, you may be deciding where you want to eat. Perhaps one of the tavernas near the beach or maybe seafood right at the water edge in the village.

You will be welcomed by Kenneth & Bernadette Fox on arrival, who are the owners of the apartments, and can answer any questions you may have. Kenneth and Bernadette still live in the UK but re-locate for 6 months to live in Butterfly Meadow, they are always happy to meet new people, make new friends and make them feel at home.
